Clients are responsible for ensuring their own use of call data and follow-up communications complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable federal and state telecommunications regulations.

6. Data Retention
Call recordings and transcripts are retained for the duration of your active subscription plus 90 days. Account information is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 12 months for legal and accounting purposes. 9. Cookies
This website sets no cookies. Your theme preference is stored in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, cookieless services that collect aggregate page views, performance metrics, and anonymous interaction events (such as booking-widget loads) to operate and improve the site. We run no advertising pixels of our own. Our booking calendar is embedded from GoHighLevel, and their widget may load its own advertising and analytics tags when you open the booking page.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients at least 30 days before taking effect. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
